Website Terms
Who you are contracting with. These Terms are an agreement between you and Linkedd LLC. “Linked-do-Books,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Linkedd LLC. Linked-do-Books is a brand of Linkedd LLC, a Montana limited liability company (file no. C1631496), 226 S Cruse Ave, Helena, MT 59601. Contact: tyreeg@linkeddllc.com · (406) 500-5242.
1. What this website is for
Linked-do-Books is a remote bookkeeping practice for small businesses. This website helps visitors learn about our services, review public pricing references, request a free resource or bookkeeping health check, contact us, submit a referral request, and, where offered, begin a paid service through a hosted checkout page. By using the website, you agree to use it for these ordinary purposes and to follow these Terms.
Our website also includes general educational information about bookkeeping, business records, IRS audits, and tax debt. That information is intended to help you understand topics and decide what kind of professional help to seek. It is not a substitute for advice about your particular situation.
2. Services we describe and may offer
Public website descriptions are a starting point. The scope, deliverables, access, timing, fees, assumptions, and other details for a particular engagement belong in the separate Client Services Agreement and any applicable order or service description.
- Monthly bookkeeping: ongoing organization of business records, including transaction categorization, bank and credit-card reconciliation, invoicing and accounts payable/receivable management where included, and monthly financial reports such as a Profit & Loss statement and Balance Sheet. The plan you choose affects what is included.
- Books Clean-Up: a one-time catch-up bookkeeping project for records that have fallen behind. The public options currently describe backlog categorization, account reconciliation, discrepancy resolution, and clean Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reporting for the selected scope. The price is based on how many months the books are behind.
- E-commerce bookkeeping: bookkeeping support for Shopify and multi-channel sellers, which may include organizing store activity, payouts, processor fees, inventory and cost information, sales-tax information, and multi-currency reporting. The specific systems, records, and deliverables depend on the engagement.
- CFO-Lite Advisory: monthly decision-support services for qualified businesses with clean, current books; prospective clients apply through a short application and receive a personal checkout link if they qualify. The public offer describes ongoing monthly financial context, cash-flow forecasting, basic KPI tracking and reporting, one short monthly strategy call, and tax referrals to independent licensed tax professionals (no tax planning or tax advice). A structured quarterly business review is included only when that advisory work is included in the agreed scope; it uses actual records and agreed metrics to provide educational business-finance context, not tax, legal, audit, IRS-representation, tax-resolution, or investment advice, and is not a promise of a particular result.
- Free resources and health checks: the Bookkeeping Checklist, Bookkeeping Health Score, and free 15-minute bookkeeping health check are educational or introductory resources. The checklist and quiz pages explain that a resource request may also start a limited sequence of educational bookkeeping emails, with an unsubscribe option. These resources do not create a client relationship or promise that a paid service is right for you.
3. What Linked-do-Books does not provide
Bookkeeping support organizes, processes, and reports on information you provide. It is separate from professional tax, legal, and accounting services. Linked-do-Books does not itself provide tax advice, legal advice, accounting opinions, IRS representation, audit defense, or tax-debt-resolution services.
Scope. Linked-do-Books provides bookkeeping services. We do not provide tax, legal, or investment advice, do not prepare or sign tax returns, and do not represent clients before the IRS. Tax matters are referred to independent licensed tax professionals.
Our audit and tax-debt pages provide free informational content. If you contact us through a referral form, we may refer you to an independent licensed tax professional, such as an Enrolled Agent, CPA, or tax attorney, who can represent you and work to resolve your case. We refer tax matters to independent licensed tax professionals. Linked-do-Books does not receive referral fees today; if that changes, we will disclose it before making a referral. Linked-do-Books does not itself represent clients before the IRS or perform tax-debt-resolution work; this is strictly a referral to licensed third parties. Any relationship, advice, representation, work, fees, and results involving that specialist are between you and the specialist under the specialist's own terms.
Nothing on this website or in our bookkeeping, advisory, or educational services promises a tax outcome, tax savings, approval, audit result, debt resolution, financial result, business result, or other particular outcome. Consider engaging an appropriately qualified professional for advice specific to your circumstances.
3. Client Services Agreement
The standard Client Services Agreement is published on this website and linked on every checkout page, so you can read it before you pay. It covers scope, deliverables, access, fees, automatic renewal, cancellation, client responsibilities, and other details; during onboarding we confirm your specific scope in writing. Please ask questions before you begin if any part of the proposed work is unclear.
4. Public pricing and checkout
Pricing shown on the website is a public reference and may change as offers change. At the time these Terms were updated, the public references included:
- Lite monthly bookkeeping (up to 50 transactions a month and 1 bank or card account): $199 per month, or $2,029.80 per year prepaid
- Starter monthly bookkeeping: $249 per month, or $2,539.80 per year prepaid
- Growth monthly bookkeeping: $399 per month, or $4,069.80 per year prepaid
- Full-Service monthly bookkeeping: $649 per month, or $6,619.80 per year prepaid
- E-Commerce Bookkeeping: $599 per month (up to 500 orders a month) or $899 per month (up to 2,000 orders a month); custom quote above 2,000
- CFO-Lite Advisory: $1,250 per month
- Books Clean-Up: $150 per month behind, one-time, with a $600 minimum and a $1,800 cap
See the pricing page and Books Clean-Up page for the current public offer descriptions. A monthly offer is a recurring subscription: the hosted checkout page will show the applicable charge and billing details, and the subscription renews every billing period (every month, or every year on an annual prepay plan) unless cancelled. Books Clean-Up is presented as a one-time project rather than a monthly subscription.
When you select a paid offer, you are sent to a secure checkout page hosted by Stripe for Linkedd LLC. Review the product, price, billing frequency, and information requested there before submitting payment. Linked-do-Books does not receive or store your full payment-card number through this website. Stripe may have its own terms, notices, and requirements. Card statements show the charge as LINKED-DO-BOOKS (subscription plans) or with the suffix LINKEDDOBOOKS (one-time projects). Before checkout you are asked to tick a box confirming that your plan renews automatically (every month, or every year on an annual prepay plan) until you cancel and that you accept the Client Services Agreement; we keep a record of that confirmation. Subscribers can update a card or cancel at any time at www.linkeddobooks.com/billing (enter the checkout email and we send a one-time link to the secure Stripe billing portal) or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals according to the checkout and subscription process; except as the Linked-do-Books Guarantee below provides, a charge for a billing period already started is not refunded merely because you cancel partway through that period. Any separate Client Services Agreement may explain how cancellation affects work already scheduled or underway.
The Linked-do-Books Guarantee
- 30-day money-back guarantee. Subscription plans (bookkeeping, e-commerce bookkeeping, and CFO-Lite Advisory): if you are not satisfied for any reason, tell us within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund your first month’s fee in full. On an annual prepay plan, we refund one month’s equivalent: one-twelfth of the annual payment ($169.15 on Lite, $211.65 on Starter, $339.15 on Growth, $551.65 on Full-Service); the rest of the annual payment is not refunded. Books Clean-Up: the project fee is refundable in full if you cancel before work has started. Once we have started work on your records, the Clean-Up fee is non-refundable, except as required by law or under the accuracy guarantee below.
- Accuracy guarantee. If we make a bookkeeping error, you choose: we correct it at no charge, or we refund our fee for the month (or months) affected.
The conditions, in plain language:
- Claim window: tell us within 90 days of discovering the problem. The 30-day money-back guarantee must be claimed within 30 days of your first payment.
- The accuracy guarantee applies when you gave us accurate, complete information and approvals on time.
- None of these guarantees covers tax you owe anyway (the underlying tax itself) or work done by someone else or before our engagement began, and they do not cover problems caused by late, incomplete, or inaccurate information from you or a third party.
- The 30-day money-back guarantee applies once per client, to the first payment of a new engagement. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
- How to claim: email tyreeg@linkeddllc.com, call (406) 500-5242, or use our contact form, and tell us which engagement and what went wrong. There is no fee to make a claim.
- These guarantees relate to our bookkeeping work. They do not promise tax savings, a particular tax or IRS result, or business results, and they add to (they do not limit) any rights you have under law.
The guarantee does not turn educational content, a referral, or a payment-provider transaction into a promise of a result.
6. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and timely information and access needed for the agreed work, including relevant bank statements, credit-card statements, receipts, invoices, store information, and other records we request. You are responsible for reviewing information and reports we provide, answering questions, approving transactions when requested, meeting your own filing and payment deadlines, and telling us promptly about changes or errors.
Do not submit passwords, full payment-card numbers, or information you are not authorized to share through a public form. Use the designated upload or client process when we direct you to use one. Delayed, missing, or inaccurate information can delay work or affect the usefulness of the resulting records and reports.
We treat engagement financial information as confidential and handle it as described in our Privacy Policy and the applicable Client Services Agreement.
7. Using the website
You may use the website for its ordinary purpose: learning about Linked-do-Books, requesting resources or contact, reviewing offers, and using the forms and links as intended. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious or unlawful material, impersonate another person, or use content or forms to send spam. You are responsible for the information you submit and for keeping any links or access details we provide to you private.
Forms, resources, chat, uploads, and checkout may not be available at every time. We may update, pause, or remove website content or an offer. A form submission or resource request does not by itself mean that Linked-do-Books has accepted an engagement.
8. Educational content and intellectual property
Articles, checklists, quiz content, page copy, graphics, logos, and other website materials are provided for personal, informational use and belong to Linked-do-Books or the party that permits us to use them, unless stated otherwise. You may read, download a resource offered for download, and use it for your own internal informational purposes. Do not copy, republish, sell, modify, distribute, or use our materials, name, or logo to suggest an endorsement without our permission.
You keep your rights in information, documents, and other materials that you submit. You give us permission to use those materials as needed to operate the website, respond to you, and provide the service or resource you requested. This does not give us ownership of your business records.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these general website Terms when the website, services, or public offers change. We will post the revised version here and update the date above. The Client Services Agreement for an existing engagement remains the reference for that engagement's agreed scope and deliverables unless it says otherwise.
10. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or this website will be brought in the state courts located in Lewis and Clark County, Montana, and you and Linkedd LLC consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section takes away any right you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by contract.
