Client Services Agreement
1. Parties
This agreement is between Linkedd LLC, a Montana limited liability company doing business as Linked-do-Books, 226 S Cruise Ave, Helena, MT 59601 (“we,” “us”), and the business or person who purchases a Linked-do-Books service (“you”). It takes effect when you complete checkout or otherwise accept it in writing.
2. Services and scope
We provide the service you purchase, as described on the pricing page (or the Books Clean-Up or E-Commerce page) on the date you buy, as refined by the written scope confirmation we send during onboarding. If your transaction volume, number of accounts, or complexity turns out to be materially different from what the plan is designed for, we will tell you and agree on a change with you before charging anything more. We will not move you to a higher price without your written agreement.
We use cloud accounting software (such as QuickBooks Online) and AI-assisted tools for some routine steps, such as suggesting transaction categories and drafting notes. A person reviews client deliverables before they are sent to you.
3. What is not included
Linked-do-Books provides bookkeeping services. We do not provide tax, legal, or investment advice, do not prepare or sign tax returns, and do not represent clients before the IRS. Tax matters are referred to independent licensed tax professionals. We do not provide audit or assurance services, tax planning, legal advice, IRS representation, audit defense, or tax-debt resolution. Referrals to independent licensed professionals are free, and their work is under their own terms.
4. Your responsibilities
- Give us complete, accurate, and timely records and access (read-only where possible) to the systems in scope.
- Review the reports we send and answer questions; approve items when we ask.
- Never send passwords, bank logins, or full card numbers by email or forms; use the personal secure upload link or system invitations we provide.
- Meet your own tax filing and payment deadlines.
5. Fees, billing, and automatic renewal
Monthly plans renew automatically every month, and annual prepay plans renew automatically every year, until you cancel. The fee shown at checkout is charged when you sign up and then on the same day of each following month (or the same date each following year for an annual plan) to the payment method you provided, through Stripe for Linkedd LLC. Card statements show LINKED-DO-BOOKS. Annual prepay plans cost 15% less than twelve monthly payments. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before any price change to an existing plan, and you can cancel before it takes effect. One-time services, such as Books Clean-Up, are charged once and do not renew.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel a monthly or annual plan at any time online at www.linkeddobooks.com/billing (enter your checkout email; we send a one-time link to the secure Stripe billing portal) or by emailing tyreeg@linkeddllc.com. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep the service until then. Except as the Linked-do-Books Guarantee provides (including the 30-day money-back guarantee, which refunds your first month’s fee, or on an annual plan one-twelfth of the annual payment), fees for a period already started are not refunded. We may end the engagement with 30 days’ written notice, or sooner if you do not pay or do not provide the records needed for the work; if we end it, we refund any prepaid fees for the period after the end date.
7. Guarantee
The Linked-do-Books Guarantee published in our Terms on the date you buy is part of this agreement.
8. Confidentiality and data
We keep your records confidential and use them only to provide the services, as described in our Privacy Policy, which lists the service providers that receive client data and our retention schedule. We do not sell your data. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
9. Your records
Your books and records belong to you. Your accounting file stays in your own accounting system. When the engagement ends, we remove our access when you ask, and we will help with a reasonable handoff of reports we prepared.
10. Governing law
This agreement is governed by Montana law. Disputes will be brought in the state courts in Lewis and Clark County, Montana, without taking away any non-waivable consumer protection rights you have.
11. Entire agreement and changes
This agreement, the written scope confirmation, our Terms, and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement. If they conflict, the written scope confirmation controls, then this agreement, then the Terms. We may update these standard terms for future purchases; changes to an existing engagement need your written agreement, except a price change made with 30 days’ notice as described above.
