The Linked-do-Books offer

100% remote, nationwide bookkeeping with human review and plain-language monthly notes.

Our customer-facing services are bookkeeping, e-commerce bookkeeping, Books Clean-Up, and qualified CFO-Lite Advisory. Tax preparation, tax advice, IRS representation, tax-debt resolution, and audit representation are outside our bookkeeping scope or referral-only where noted.

Who does the work

Founder-led bookkeeping with human review.

Linked-do-Books is led by its founder, Tyree Gosha. AI-assisted tools speed up routine steps such as suggesting categories and drafting notes; a person reviews client deliverables before they reach you.

A clear next step

Not sure which starting point fits?

Use the existing contact form to describe what your business needs—current books, a backlog, selling channels, or decision-support questions. The Linked-do-Books team can clarify fit and scope with you, then point you to the relevant next step.

Know what you sold, what it cost, and what actually landed.

Revenue can look healthy while inventory, refunds, processor fees, reserves, and payout timing hide the real picture. We organize the activity behind your Shopify store and other channels so your reports are easier to read and your month-end decisions start from reviewed records.

The outcome is not another export to decipher. It is a more useful view of margin, cash movement, tax-related records, and the questions worth asking next.

Numbers that answer the questions behind the sale.

01

See margin beyond revenue

Organize inventory activity and cost of goods sold so gross margin is more meaningful than a raw sales total. See how purchasing and fulfillment activity flows through the books.

02

Stay more tax-ready

Keep sales-tax activity and supporting records organized by channel and reporting period, so you have a clearer starting point for tax conversations and filing work. Filing and legal advice are not included.

03

Know where payouts went

Reconcile Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, and other processor payouts back to orders, refunds, reserves, and fees—so deposits are not mistaken for revenue.

04

Read multi-currency activity

Bring foreign-currency activity into a consistent reporting view, with context around conversion, settlement, and the differences between channel totals and bank deposits where applicable.

05

Close across every channel

Finish month-end with a coordinated review of storefronts, marketplaces, payment accounts, bank accounts, and cards—not a collection of disconnected exports.

06

Make better day-to-day calls

Receive clear monthly reporting and plain-language context around cash movement, channel mix, inventory, and the business decisions in front of you.

A monthly read on what your store’s numbers are saying.

Alongside the agreed reports, you receive a concise, plain-language note based on your real books. It connects meaningful movements—inventory and COGS, Shopify/Stripe/PayPal payouts and fees, refunds, channel mix, or multi-currency settlement where applicable—to what changed and why it matters for the month.

The practical close

What moved in the store’s books? Why does it matter? What is one question to answer or next action to consider?

This is bookkeeping context, not tax advice, legal advice, audit work, or IRS representation. Those needs remain outside this service scope and can be referred as appropriate.

From scattered activity to a monthly point of view.

  1. 01

    Connect the picture

We learn how you sell, collect, purchase, ship, and report across Shopify and your other channels.

  2. 02

    Reconcile the movement

We organize transactions and match activity across orders, payouts, fees, refunds, inventory, and accounts, then review the connections that matter to the close.

  3. 03

    Close with clarity

You receive a clean, human-reviewed month-end view and a straightforward explanation of the items that deserve your attention.

A good fit if you:

Sell through Shopify plus other channelsNeed inventory and COGS to make senseWant payouts and fees reconciled to activityNeed a dependable month-end cadence

Add visibility where your store needs it.

For Shopify and multi-channel sellers, these optional extensions can build on the core monthly bookkeeping work. They are designed to make the records more useful for review and decision-making—not to replace the core monthly bookkeeping offer.

01

Sales-tax organization support

Help organize sales-tax records, notices, and supporting information by channel and state as applicable. This can give you a clearer set of records to bring to the right tax professional.

Tax advice, tax filing, and representation remain with licensed tax professionals.

02

Inventory and COGS reporting

Build clearer views of inventory movement, cost of goods sold, gross margin context, and product or channel reporting so you can better understand what is driving results.

The goal is clearer reporting and context—not a promise of a particular margin improvement or savings.

03

Basic KPI dashboard

Create a practical recurring view of agreed seller metrics such as revenue, gross margin context, channel mix, payouts and fees, and inventory signals when the relevant records are available.

The view is based on the records available for the agreed reporting period; it does not imply a live integration or unsupported automation.

Your next steps with Linked-do-Books

What happens after you inquire, book, or purchase?

You do not have to guess where records or questions go. Here is the simple handoff for monthly bookkeeping, Books Clean-Up, e-commerce bookkeeping, and CFO-Lite Advisory.

New inquiry timing: We generally review new inquiries within one business day. Replies about active work depend on the question, the records involved, and current workload.

Prefer to talk? Call the official business line: (406) 500-5242.

01

Start with a short conversation

Use the Contact Us form to explain what you need without attaching records. You can also call (406) 500-5242. We will clarify fit, scope, and the best starting point.

02

Review your next-step email

After you book or purchase, look for the Linked-do-Books follow-up and your Client Services Agreement. It will identify the agreed scope, first requests, access needs, and deliverables. If your books are behind, Clean-Up may come before monthly work.

03

Share records; invite access

Send documents through the designated upload page only when Linked-do-Books directs you there. For QuickBooks, Xero, Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, or another platform, invite Linked-do-Books as an accountant, user, or authorized collaborator inside that platform.

04

Expect a steady working rhythm

We may ask for missing records or clarification. Ongoing clients can expect a monthly status update with completed work, open questions, and reviewed reporting once the records for the period are ready.

What each service looks like next

A clear path from first handoff to useful work.

Monthly bookkeeping

Provide the requested records and platform access; receive reviewed categorization, reconciliations, and the reports included in your plan.

Books Clean-Up

Send the backlog records for the selected scope. We work through categorization, reconciliation, and discrepancies, then provide the agreed clean-up reporting.

E-commerce bookkeeping

Invite access to your store and payment platforms and provide payout, fee, inventory, and channel records as requested for the monthly close.

CFO-Lite Advisory

For qualified prospects, start with clean, current books and the business context needed for monthly financial context, KPI review, and a structured quarterly business review when that advisory work is included in the agreed scope.

Share records, never credentials: Public forms, chat, and email are for introductory questions—not passwords, bank logins or bank credentials, tax IDs, Social Security numbers, full card numbers, security codes, or similar sensitive information. There is no login-protected client portal on this website. If you are unsure where something belongs, ask first without attaching it.

The Linked-do-Books Guarantee

Two guarantees, in plain language.

  1. 30-day money-back guarantee. Subscription plans (bookkeeping, e-commerce bookkeeping, and CFO-Lite Advisory): if you are not satisfied for any reason, tell us within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund your first month’s fee in full. On an annual prepay plan, we refund one month’s equivalent: one-twelfth of the annual payment ($169.15 on Lite, $211.65 on Starter, $339.15 on Growth, $551.65 on Full-Service); the rest of the annual payment is not refunded. Books Clean-Up: the project fee is refundable in full if you cancel before work has started. Once we have started work on your records, the Clean-Up fee is non-refundable, except as required by law or under the accuracy guarantee below.
  2. Accuracy guarantee. If we make a bookkeeping error, you choose: we correct it at no charge, or we refund our fee for the month (or months) affected.

The conditions, in plain language:

  • Claim window: tell us within 90 days of discovering the problem. The 30-day money-back guarantee must be claimed within 30 days of your first payment.
  • The accuracy guarantee applies when you gave us accurate, complete information and approvals on time.
  • None of these guarantees covers tax you owe anyway (the underlying tax itself) or work done by someone else or before our engagement began, and they do not cover problems caused by late, incomplete, or inaccurate information from you or a third party.
  • The 30-day money-back guarantee applies once per client, to the first payment of a new engagement. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
  • How to claim: email tyreeg@linkeddllc.com, call (406) 500-5242, or use our contact form, and tell us which engagement and what went wrong. There is no fee to make a claim.
  • These guarantees relate to our bookkeeping work. They do not promise tax savings, a particular tax or IRS result, or business results, and they add to (they do not limit) any rights you have under law.

The same guarantee appears in our Terms.

Bookkeeping support for the records behind your store.

This service covers bookkeeping organization, reconciliations, and reporting. Tax return preparation, sales-tax filing, legal advice, and personalized tax advice are not included in this offer; those needs remain with licensed professionals.

Have a scope question? Contact us

Designed around the details that get missed.

How do you use technology in the bookkeeping workflow?

Modern, AI-assisted workflows help organize repetitive activity and keep the process efficient. Human review remains part of the service: we check the work, investigate exceptions, and use business context when the records need judgment.

Does this only work for Shopify sellers?

Shopify sellers are a primary fit, especially when the business also uses channels or processors such as Stripe, PayPal, marketplaces, or another storefront. The service is built around the full channel picture.

Will you file my sales-tax returns?

No. We organize sales-tax activity within the bookkeeping and reporting workflow, but sales-tax filing and legal or personalized tax advice are not included in this offer.

What if my books are already behind?

We can start by understanding the current state of the books. If a separate catch-up project is the right first step, our existing Books Clean-Up options provide a clear path before ongoing monthly work.

How much does e-commerce bookkeeping cost?

E-Commerce Bookkeeping — Multi-Channel is $599/month for up to 500 orders a month or $899/month for up to 2,000 orders a month (orders counted across all channels), billed monthly through hosted checkout. Stores with more than 2,000 orders a month get a custom quote.
