The site saves your name, email, submission time, and a small source record (first and most recent non-direct source, selected UTM campaign fields, an explicitly named referral/partner code where present, and external referring hostname, if available) with the inquiry; it does not save the message text in that record. Raw referrer URLs and unrelated URL parameters are not retained. The message is sent to Linked-do-Books through the notification email service; mailbox and service-provider retention may apply. How soon will I hear back?

We generally review new inquiries within one business day. Replies about active work depend on the question, the records involved and current workload.

Should I attach my financial records?

No. Keep your first message introductory. Never send QuickBooks or Xero passwords, bank credentials, tax IDs or full card numbers through the contact form or email. If you become a client, records are shared through the designated upload page when requested.

Do you work with businesses outside Montana?

Yes. Linked-do-Books serves small businesses anywhere in the U.S.
