Refund & Cancellation Policy

Short version

Monthly and annual bookkeeping plans renew automatically until you cancel; cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. Partial billing periods are not refunded except under the Linked-do-Books Guarantee or where the law requires it. Books Clean-Up is refundable in full only if you cancel before work has started. The full rules, including the Guarantee, are in the Terms & Conditions, which control if anything here differs.

Monthly and annual plans

Bookkeeping, e-commerce bookkeeping, and CFO-Lite plans are subscriptions that renew automatically every month, or every year on an annual prepay plan, until you cancel. You confirm this before checkout. Cancel any time at www.linkeddobooks.com/billing or by contacting us; cancellation stops future renewals, and a period that has already started is not refunded merely because you cancel partway through it.

Linked-do-Books Guarantee

New subscription clients are covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee and the accuracy guarantee described in the Terms (once per client, first payment of a new engagement; on annual prepay, one month's equivalent).

Books Clean-Up

Books Clean-Up is a one-time project. It is refundable in full only if you cancel before work has started. Once we have begun work on your records, the Clean-Up fee is non-refundable, except as required by law or under the accuracy guarantee.

Digital downloads

Any paid digital download is final sale once it has been delivered; if a file is missing or damaged, we will re-send it.
